Refund Policy

At Little Gifties, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise that require a return or refund. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returns and refunds.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are included in either our Gift Boxes or Gift Balloons that meet all the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused; and
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product; and
  • The item was purchased directly from Little Gifties; and
  • The item is either damaged or defective.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Any items purchased on sale.
  • Perishable items, such as food.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for a refund.

1.3 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us on hello@littlegifties.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return shipping label on the package.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

2.2 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any applicable shipping charges.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations: We do not offer order cancellations. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Reporting Damage or Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days at hello@littlegifties.co.nz. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
