Is there a minimum spend?

There’s no minimum spend beyond the cost of your chosen packaging. You’re free to design a gift that suits your budget and occasion.

Can I include gifts for both mum and baby?

Absolutely. Many customers love creating a balanced gift with something for baby and something just for her. This is perfect for baby showers, maternity leave or new arrivals.

Where are your products sourced?

We proudly stock premium products from New Zealand and Australia, carefully selected for quality, uniqueness and beautiful presentation.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes! You can leave a personalised message at checkout and we will handwrite it onto your chosen card.

How long does delivery take in NZ?

All Build Your Own gifts are packed in Auckland and shipped NZ-wide. Orders placed before 12pm are despatched same day. Those placed after 12 and gift crackers are despatched in 24 hours. NZ shipping takes 1 - 4 days from despatch. Please see our Shipping policy for more information on this.

Is this suitable for corporate or bulk gifting?

Yes. Our Build Your Own option is popular for corporate maternity gifting, staff celebrations and client appreciation gifts. For larger orders, feel free to contact us directly.
